Hairdryer is great, but the temperature control button is a bit light weight so if I’m not watching closely where I’m gripping dryer it switches heat settings on me. It probably should have been a toggle type of button instead of a ‘press’ button.

Are Swift Special hair dryers dual voltage?

Please note that all Laifen hair dryers are not dual voltage. The voltage cannot switch between 110V & 220V, even with an adapter.

What's the difference between each hair dryer?

Laifen Swift: The original high-speed hair dryer model that offers powerful drying power (includes 1x Smooth Nozzle).

Laifen Swift Special: Identical in performance to the Swift, but includes the full set of attachments (1x Smooth Nozzle, 1x Diffuser Nozzle, and 1x Concentrator Nozzle).

What is the difference between each nozzle?

The Smooth Nozzle produces a smooth and manageable airflow that helps eliminate frizz and leaves hair smoother after styling.

The Concentrator Nozzle emits a more concentrated and wider high-speed airflow that enables precise styling. Its focused direction of airflow allows you to style a particular area without disturbing other parts of your hair.

The Diffuser Nozzle evenly disperses the airflow, allowing for natural hair drying, which helps reduce frizz and enhance curly hair styling. The comb's longer teeth provide deeper penetration into the hair for better styling.

How long will it take to dry my hair with Swift Special?

The time it takes to dry depends on your hair type. For short hair you can fully dry in as little as 2-3 minutes. If you have longer hair (shoulders & down) it typically takes around 5-12 minutes for a complete dry. If you decide to dry your hair using our diffuser attachment it can take a little longer.

How much does Swift Special actually weigh?

Swift Special on its own weighs less than 1lb (407g to be exact). For reference of how light this dryer really is, it is around the same weight as a paperback book or a small tablet.

How long will my Swift Special dryer last?

With regular use of about 10 minutes every day, your Swift Special will last for up to 16 years. That’s a lot of great hair days!

How to avoid overheating your hair and scalp?

Laifen hair dryers have a maximum temperature of 85°C to ensure your hair and scalp are safe. However, we still recommend that you keep the nozzle of the hair dryer at an appropriate distance from the hair, at a distance of about 15 centimeters. Choose an appropriate temperature and move the hair dryer from side to side while drying.
